In the name of His Royal Majesty, Augustan I, King of Rutania and East Dovani the Ministry of Defense orders the deployment of Commonwealth troops to assist our Hulstrian and Trigunian allies in the Sekowian War. These forces shall be collectively known as the Rutanian Expeditionary Force for Sekowo (REFS) and shall consist of the 5th Division, Rutanian Army, and 5 fighter squadrons from the 1st Rutanian Air Force. Sigmund Herrstadt, already agreed upon as commander per the 2965 Mobilization Act, will lead the force. The remainder of the 1st Rutanian Air Force will be deployed 3 months after the initial arrival of the REFS. The 2nd Division, Army will remain at REDCON 2, as per the old mandate. Troops will be ACTIVELY deployed for COMBAT upon passage of this bill, officially entering Rutania into the Great Sekowian War as belligerents on the side of the Commonwealth Forces.
