| From the offices of the Staatsminister of His Imperial Majesty's Government and the Governor-General of Greater Hulstria, we do hereby nominate XAVIER RADOSTATDT to become the next Imperial Commissioner of the Hulstrian Empire. Xavier Radostadt comes from a distinguished and illustrious background; born in the Crownland of Hulstria to wealthy parents with noble ancestry, Radostadt is a graduate of Rudolph IV University with degrees in public administration & policy including business, and finace. Xavier Radostadt rose through the ranks of regional administration to eventually become Deputy Imperial Officer of Human Resources for His Imperial Majesty's Council on Colonial Affairs; in 2950 Radostadt was appointed by then Imperial Commissioner Ortwin von Bruegweiger to become the Chief Administrator of Fernost Hulster, a district in the Eastern Territories Administrative Region of the Hulstrian Empire. He would serve there until 2964 when he was appointed by Imperial Commissioner Rudolf von Worcester to become the Assistant Imperial Commissioner of the Eastern Territories Administrative Region; Xavier Radostadt continues to serve there today. The Staatsminister and Governor-General believe Mr. Radostadt has the experience, the knowledge, and the expertise to act as the administrative of the Hulstrian Empire as Imperial Commissioner and to represent the Kaiser and His Imperial Majesty's Government in colonial affairs. |
