| The proposition of this bill requires all secondary/highschool graduates to serve a term in the civilian national service.This will also show our citizens defensive and survival skills,and make them into a strong militia force against invaders,if such time ever arrives. |

Current: All adults upon completion of schooling can be required in times of war to serve a term in the military.
Proposed: All adults upon completion of schooling must serve a term of civilian national service.
