| In order to improve the health of its citizens the Government will, in conjuntion with Private enterprise, fund and operate sports clubs in deprived areas of the Imperium. These sports clubs will be fitted with basic sport and recreational activities and, though aimed primarily at youngsters, will be available to all peoples carrying a valid ID card. Funding for these activities will come from a combination of the Health and Social Services Ministry, the Education and Culture Ministry, public sponsorship from Private companies and limited on the door entrance fees (entrance to children below the age of 12 is free). These sports clubs will operate alongside private enterprise which will be allowed to operate sports centres in the same way as present and should receive no financial problems with the aforementioned Government sponsored facilities due to their ability to provide a wider range of facilities. |
