| Notes concerning this GERC: -The last GERC was taken by the Senate in 2660 http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=225905, it is high time we take a new one. -No new athiest or religious parties have appeared so we will assume that their numbers have not changed -There has been no new influx of immigrants so we will assume their numbers have stabilized. -The Hulstrians have had no new representations we will assume they have decreased significantly -The Aldurians have not been represented but we will assume they have integrated into Mordusian ethnic groups but maintain an individual culture.
