Upon passage of this bill, a board will be created, composed of five citizen volunteers to be selected by the MInister of Education and Culture. This board, the Film Classification Board, shall review all new motion pictures to be shown in any Kafuri theatres, and shall rate them for adult content. The Board shall be authorized, in working with the film industry, to create its own rating systems and to set such restrictions on ticket sales as it sees fit. |
