Under this bill we are repealing the Waste Disposal Responsibility Act of 3028 under the concern that local governments in the nature of "good business" may see fit to forgo any processing and collection of Waste and or take measures of disposing the waste in areas that could harm wildlife, citizens, and or the culture and natural habitat within the Kandrati Union.
