The Supreme Council for Islamic Affairs is one of the sectors affiliated to the Ministry of Foreign. It is stablished with the aim of presenting the Moderate and Enlightened Islamic Culture to Muslims in Al'Badara and other Muslim nations as well as for all concerned personals of the Islamic Culture.
The Supreme Council for Islamic Affairs evaluates the society based upon sound bases that observe and respect the individuals’ rights and doesn’t ignore or disregard the group’s Affairs.

The Council’s Objectives:
- Introducing Islam at home and abroad, by offering Da`wah's, offers of conversion, to Kafir's (infidels) and sending Imams trained in Badara to Mosques in foreign lands.
- Establishing and developing the mutual relationships between peoples of the Muslim World, by means of setting up Islamic charities, organisations and Mosques, both domestic and foreign.
