On this date, in order to restore tradition, honor, and stability to the nation; this legislative body hereby establishes the following:

I. Holy Empire of Aloria
1. The name of the nation shall change from the "Democratic Republic of Aloria" to the "Holy Empire of Aloria".
2. The capital city of the nation shall change from "Port Aloria" back to the more traditional "Sildar City".
II. The Monarchy
1. The Holy Empire of Aloria shall be ruled by a member of the House of Battenburg, succession to the monarch shall be regulated through equal primogeniture.
2. The style and titles of the monarch of the Holy Empire of Aloria shall be His/Her Imperial Majesty, by the Grace of God, Emperor/Empress of the Holy Empire of Aloria and the Dominions Beyond the Seas, Defender of the Faith, Count/Countess of Battenburg, and Supreme Governor and Protector of the Christian Church of Aloria.
3. The powers of the monarch shall include:
A. Declarations of War and Peace (In the case of a non-defensive war, the monarch must obtain the consent of Parliament.
B. Representation of the Holy Empire abroad.
C. Conclude treaties and alliances with the consent of Parliament.
D. Accredit and receive ambassadors.
E. The appointment and dismissal of a Prime Minister with the consent of Parliament.
F. Convening over (once a quorum has been reached) and dissolving Parliament.
G. The preparation and publication of Imperial Laws.
H. The appointment and dismissal of Imperial Officials.
i. Members of the Cabinet must be appointed and dismissed with the consent of Parliament.
ii. Members of His/Her Imperial Majesty's Privy Council, the Imperial Armed Forces, and the Judiciary are considered Imperial Officials. The appointment and dismissal of these Imperial Officials do not need the consent of Parliament.
I. Supreme command as the Commander-in-Chief of the Imperial Armed Forces.
III. His/Her Imperial Majesty's Most Honorable Privy Council
1. Members of the Privy Council shall include royalty, nobility, ecclesiastics, politicians, and judiciaries and shall be known as "The Lords of His/Her Imperial Majesty's Most Honorable Privy Council:" and shall be appointed by the monarch.
2. Each member is to be called a "Most Honorable Privy Councillor".
3. The chief officer of the Privy Council shall be the Lord President of the Council, who shall be the Leader of Parliament.
4. A member known as the Clerk must sign off on all Privy Council legislation.
5. The Privy Council shall take an oath to God and the monarch, to ensure the utmost loyalty.
6. The Privy Council shall advise the monarch on everyday issues and legislation, thus acting as a pseudo-Parliament and pseudo-cabinet.
IV. Great Officers of State
A. There shall be nine members of the Great Officers of State who will be appointed by the monarch.
B. These members include the Lord High Steward (chief judge during trials within Parliament), the Lord High Chancellor (highest judiciary authority who shall maintain the independence of the courts, as wells act as the custodian of the Great Seal of the Realm), the Lord High Treasurer (keeper of the Imperial Treasury), the Lord President of the Council (presiding officer over His/Her Imperial Majesty's Most Honorable Privy Council), the Lord Keeper of the Privy Seal (keeper of the monarch's personal/privy seal), the Lord Great Chamberlain (keeps charge over Parliament, bearer of the Sword of State, opens and closes Parliament, and prepares the monarch for coronation), the Lord High Constable (Commander-in-Chief of the Imperial Armed Forces), the Earl Marshal (Commander-in-Chief of the Imperial Honor Guard), and the Lord High Admiral (Commander-in-Chief of the Imperial Navy).
C. The monarch shall always remain as the Commander-in-Chief of the Imperial Armed Forces.
V. Nobility
A. The titles of nobility shall be: Prince/Princess (issue and children of issue and etc of a monarch), Duke/Duchess (ruler of one of the five duchies), Marquess/Marchioness (ruler of a large city), Count/Countess (ruler of a smaller city), Viscount/Viscountess (ruler of a town), Baron/Baroness (ruler of a village/hamlet).
B. All nobles shall be ennobled by the monarch. Thus, the monarch may take away noble titles whenever His or Her Imperial Majesty pleases.
