[PREAMBLE] As per the Rutanian and Juclandia Act, the colony known as Rutanian East Dovani was allowed to choose their status, and ultimately choose to be sold to another nation. This bill will officially release Rutanian East Dovani as a colony of Rutania and Juclandia and will institute a caretaker government until the sale to a nation becomes final. [PROVISIONS] Article I. - Political Independence I. Rutanian East Dovani will be given full political independence from Rutania and Juclandia Article II. - Caretaker Government I. Rutanian East Dovani will be governed by a caretaker government until the sale to another nation becomes final 1. The Governor-General shall appoint a caretaker government [AMENDMENTS] I. Repeal of the Rutanian East Dovani Act of Settlement, 2936 [APPENDIX] I. The present bill shall be adopted with 3/4 majority by the Parliament of the Republic of Rutania. II.
