Details

Submitted by[?]: W.

Status[?]: defeated

Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: March 3074

Description[?]:

Every Citizen can own a gun. It is legal to carry a firearm in public. Must have full back round check and criminal record check to obtain gun license. After 30 days of back round check, you can apply for a license by taking a written and practical exam.
-written test (self explanatory)
-practical exam (gun knowledge such as assembly, safety, parts, etc)
After taking test you can receive license (must have 90% or above on written section and pass the practical exam with 3 strikes maximum). Once you receive your license, you can buy a gun. After you buy your gun from a government backed seller, a second back round check and license verification process will start. After 14 day process, you can pickup your gun with your letter of approval sent to you by post.
If you obtain any marks on your criminal record, your license can be suspended (depends on the law broken) and there is a separate process you must go through to raise the hold on your gun license. If you don't have proper verification while carrying your gun (your license with no penalties or holds) you will be arrested and could receive up to 10 years in prison.
