Be it Resolved: Higher Education is vital to the lives of all Talmorians and the future of the country. Be it Resolved: All Talmorians should have the right to pursue their education at an institution of higher learning. Be it Resolved: All Talmorians should receive a high-quality educaiton, whether it is froma public institution or private institution. Be it Resolved: Private institutions of higher education should be allowed to coexist with government-run institutions. Be it Resolved: No student should be required to leave his or her educaiton in the hands of a private institution that is self-regulating, where profit--not education--is the ultimate motive. Be it Enacted: Private institutions of higher education will be regulated by the government. |
