Be it Resolved: Standardized testing results in a test-based school system, which hinders the learning of all Talmorian children Be it Resolved: Knowledge-based education fosters creativity in children, and allows all Talmorian children to develop their true potential and find their talents as they mature Be it Enacted: Creativity in Talmorian public schools will be a priority. Standardized tests will administered, but they are secondary to the promotion of creativity. |
