| This Bill will see the re-introduction of slavery into the Kingdom of Hutori. ===================================================================================== Articles. (I).Those considered eligible to be sold into slavery. A. Those who are deemed 'unfit' for society - the homeless, criminals etc. B. Slavery can be declared as a punishment for any crime by a judge in a Hutorian court. If sentenced to slavery then this is a punishment till death. C. Any foreign nationals discovered in Hutori will be made slaves for the Hutorian peoples. (II.) Regulations on the purchase and maintaining of slaves. A. The price of a slave shall be determined by the market and the rules of supply and demand. Slaves are entitled to no wage. B. Slaves have no rights protected by any document or law whatsoever. It is at the liberty of the slave owner to provide all neccesities. There is no obligation on the slave owner to keep his slave alive. C. All slaves will be fitted with an electronic tracking collar to deter escapees. Slaves will be monitored by the Hutorian police. Any slave who escapes will be captured and placed back into the domain of his owner. D. Slaves will remain the property of whoever purchases them until death or sold on to another citizen. E. If a slave has a child that child will too become a slave and is the property of whichever citizen bought the first slave originally. ===================================================================================== |
