| [PREAMBLE] Due to the lack of a stable, functioning government in Juclandia and the recent declaration of bankruptcy by the government, we propose the break up of the Socialist Republic of Juclandia through the repeal of the Rutania and Juclandia Act. [PROVISIONS] Article I. - Socialist Republic of Juclandia I. The Rutania and Juclandia Act is hereby repealed II. Juclandia is hereby broken up III. Juclandia shall rejoin the nation [AMENDMENTS] I. Nation shall be known as "Republic of Rutania" [APPENDIX] I. The present bill shall be adopted with 3/4 majority by the Parliament of the Republic of Rutania. |
