Safety locations are to be built, around Keymon to hold citizens that are harassed, threatened and injured. 1) These camps will provide food, living space and protection. 2) These camps are to be guarded, with military force. 3) We also request “special areas” to be built, for harassed and threatened government officials and political allies. |
