Submitted by[?]: Kirlawan People's Justice Party

Status[?]: passed

Description[?]:

Exactly four hundred years ago, the KPJP introduced a bill
http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=235653
expressing support for the people of Istalia.

Happily, the Istalian people subsequently regained control of their nation, evicted the alien invaders that had wrecked it, and repaired the senseless damage.

But sadly, those raiders -- or rather their (spiritual, or perhaps even literal) descendants -- returned recently, to once again oppress Istalia and her people. :(

So, once again, just as our own ancestors had declared four centuries ago, let it be resolved by the Kirlawan Senate:

That the Istalian people, currently suffering under an oppressive alien government, are welcome to immigrate to Kirlawa instead;

that Kirlawa will fully respect their cultural rights, just as we do for the rest of our people;

that we reaffirm our ancient declaration of our Kirlawa to be pro-Istalian, since we support the right of the Istalian people to freely speak their own language, and not be forced to use the tongue of those that have seized control of their nation;

and that we officially condemn and denounce the tyrants currently ruling over that nation, for their abuses of the human rights of the Istalian people.

      Random fact: Real-life organisations should not be referenced in Particracy, unless they are simple and generic (eg. "National Organisation for Women" is allowed).
