The Chief Factor of the Imperial East Terra Company does hereby present the 'Company Constitutional Reform Act' to the Right Honourable members of the legislature for their discussion and decision.

The Act shall re-introduce the Company constitution to Gaduridos to be Presided over by the Chief Factor of the Company under which a council of shareholders shall be elected from amongst all shareholders. Each citizen shall be entitled to own at least one share. One share = one vote in the Shareholders' Council elections.

The passing of this Act shall rename the nation, 'The Company Protectorate of Gaduridos'.
