| Should we be successful in the next election, we will further increase taxes on corporations while reducing the unfair and unprogressive sales tax currently in place. Corporations need to pay a fairer share of the tax burden, and indeed it is their Islamic duty to give something back to the nation. This taxation system will also free millions of our poorest citizens out of taxation altogether. The days of an elitist flat-tax system are over. |
