| Dear Politicians and Citizens of Solentia, The Imperial Nunc Futurum Party today propose a new justice bill to improve the national justice system, for tomorow. Our main goal as a futuristic party is offcourse to aim for the greater good in our future. To be able toa actually have a prosperios future our justice system has to have a few improvements, it is also necessary to stricten the laws to ensure law abiding citizens. First of we believe that death penalty should be applied to all capital crimes. This is to exterminate and scare extremists from commiting extreme crime. Nunc Futurum Party will set a ending to hard criminality, these are not only a threat to the great state, but also a threat to the common man that just want to live his/hers innocent ife! In this great society it is no such need that can excuse that type of criminal activity in our eyes. Second law proposition is the storage of all citizens DNA. This can have many benifits and in our eyes few downsides. First off this will help the police investigation unit in their mission to find the suspects easier if DNA is found in the criminal scene. It will also help us identify victims, and creating a even more advanced security system for many departments, as banking and identification cards. We offcourse understand that this information can be falsified and used by criminals, and therefor must ensure that it often is presented more than just DNA evidence in court, and does not use it as a main evidence against anyone. DNA should more be used as pinpointers for the investigating departments. We also must ensure a good encryption and storage of the DNA files. This should be stored in a internal database witch will log any user accesing the DNA files and what files they where looking at. This is to ensure that it is not missused by any personell within the department. About gated communites Nunc Futurum believes that this is for countries with extremly low HDI and that are desperate to seperate those who are not in desperation from those who are. This is a old fashioned law, aimed for those who are desperate. We should aim for a country where most have jobs, the government is strong. Education, infrastucture and research are the main things we need to become a technological, economical superpower where most have good education and worker jobs are also good paid to ensure that we always can relay on national workforces. To close gated communities is therefore important start to make us a unit, insted of seperated. To ensure that malpractice is properly handled and investigated we propose that malpractice suits can be brought against doctors. It is a fact that often can the medical regulators disagree with citizens and vica versa. Everyone should be able to have their case heard, and we also believe that this can improve medical treatment, and discurage less good doctors from working in that proffesion. We also want to improve the current bill when it comes to firearms carried by the police. Since the military is defacto police of today, we still have a governmental and local policeforce funded. These do offcourse more investigating work than the military, but we still have them. The only change is to also include a specially trained firearms units within the police that can assist the military when they do missions together. This will improve the situation for the police forces that are participating in these heavy missions. The police should also patrol all properties at all times. Crime will be dealt with and will be removed as much as possible. Criminals are not accepted into our society! I thank you all for listening, i hope you all agree with these important laws.
