| Members of the Likaton nobility with the support of their constituents shall represent the people in the new Supreme Crown Council of Lords. Commoners may stand for election with the approval of the Sovereign upon the advice of the Lord High Chancellor; and if elected to the Council they shall be elevated to non-hereditary, life peers. |
