| Pargraph 1: The government has not the right, to hike taxes, or in case of the income tax to hike the burden for the people, overall. 1.1 But, the government is allowed to change the individual tax rates. But it is not allowed, that there is a net win for the government. A tax rise at one point, has to be compensate at a other tax Pargraph 2: The government can only rise taxes in net terms, if there was declared a special situation. (specifid in the Emergency ambendment) or a fisical emergency such as high debt. 2.1 A high debt is a debt over 120 billion in the currency of Selucia. Paragraph 3: This ambendment wil be come into effect, as soon as it was passed by the parliament by a 2/3-majority. |
