This bill asks for the ratification of the South Ocean Treaty Organisation ( SOTO ). If this treaty is ratified, it becomes binding and will define national law.

This organisation is dedicated to peace amongst our South Ocean neighbours - a goal in which the Deltarians should be at the forefront of if we are to act as not only a responsible nation in ourselves, but a responsible member of the international community. This organisation is a great diplomatic and military tool, and the Liberal Conservatives urge the parties of the Forum to support this measure.
