Whereas, We have never liked the existence of a salary cap, and even more haven't liked it because it's limiting salaries for DWC members, and Whereas, TAXES can serve as sort of a salary cap, with the top rate of 80%, We propose abolishing the salary cap, and limiting inequality through taxes and transfer spending. |
