The Imperial Chancellor and Grand Master of the Imperial Narikaton Movement proposes a Government to rule the Empire for the next seven years. These candidates shall form the bases of Their Majesties' Privy Council and the People's Imperial Cabinet.

"I would like to state that if any party wishes to join the Imperial and People's Cause, then please speak to my party and we shall see if a more mutlti-party coalition is possible. The loss of our dear ally the Imperial Nationalist Party was a shame, but we must continue out fight to bring civilization to the Areas, and bring peace to our Emperor and Empress's Empire."
