| Whereas, Religion needs to be regulated so as not to spread like a plague, We again attempt to impose some restrictions to prevent that. The veto power over minister appointments is to prevent people who won't follow the restrictions, who are just corrupt, or who are religious extremists from taking leadership roles. |
