Bill: Discipline Discretion Act
Details
Submitted by[?]: Social Democratic Party (LL)
Status[?]: defeated
Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: December 3152
Description[?]:
The federal government cannot rationally decide for all school districts what kind of discipline they need to maintain order in their classrooms. The type of student varies from locality to locality, and even from school to school. We therefore propose to allow local school boards to be the ones to regulate discipline in their schools. |
