Bill: Batas Pambansa Blg. 7: Euthanasia Prohibition Act of 3158

Details

Submitted by[?]: Genuine Progress Alliance

Status[?]: passed

Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: November 3158

Description[?]:

This bill aims to make euthanasia illegal in Aloria on the grounds that it is contrary to the value of the freedom of life. We believe that the current law requires a court order is an invasion on the patient's right to life. If the patient wishes to die, he or she is free to do so, but the doctor shall not take part in it. The doctor's responsibility shall be to care and assist the patient.

Because we could not find sufficient grounds yet on euthanasia as a form of murder, this bill opted to make euthanasia illegal without making it equivalent to murder.

Random quote: "Global warmers predict that global warming is coming, and our emissions are to blame. They do that to keep us worried about our role in the whole thing. If we aren't worried and guilty, we might not pay their salaries. It's that simple." - Kary Mullis
