| 36 months after the date of the election directly preceding the passage of this bill, one half of the Imperium Congress's (selected randomly) members will be up for reelection; Thus, one half of the Imperium Congress's members will be up for election every 36 months. Should early elections be called for and agreed to, one half of the newly elected members will be selected by lot to serve only a three-year term for the following session. |
