Bill: Gerechtigkeit: Attraktiv

Details

Submitted by[?]: Bürgerlichen Soziale Union

Status[?]: defeated

Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: April 3160

Description[?]:

As dictated by the majority opinion of the citizens of the Volksrepublik and dictated by our own political opinion as well, we would like to present this bill to the legislature of Dorvik. The right to appeal is unnecessary and simply forces our courts to once again decide on the case of a certain individual or group of individuals despite knowing that commonly the case will end as it primarily before the appeal has had. This is a waste of money on court costs as well as a waste of time which can be avoided if our fellow political comrades understand the argument behind this bill. Finally, we must not forget that almost 45% of Dorvish citizens support this as mentioned in the "Volksrepublik Dorvik Daily" in a poll commissioned by the media.
