We the Dorvishe Bauernpartei present this Constitutional Bill to the Volkskammer of the Volksrepublik Dorvik.

Article I in our opinion is self explanatory, simply naming our national animal in our official language which is Lorman or Dorvish.

Article II changes the national motto which in our opinion is meaningless and without political context. The proposed is Latin for "Equal and United" which is more proper for a People's Republic with a semi-Socialist economy at the momment.

Article III does the same has does Article I however it has to do with our national sport.

Article IV simply changes the official name of our 5 regions from 'States' to 'Provinces'. We would like to remind the Volkskammer, that the name 'State' has gathered a self explanatory definition here on Terra - in other words because we are not a Federal Republic without a very centralized government, the name State simply does not make enough sense to be applied.
