| This bill aims to give female workers in Aloria equal rights with male workers in terms of employment and potential for promotion. This shall include female workers in the military and female civilian employees. This is done because the government recognizes the vital role of women in building a progressive nation. We also seek to promote equality among the two sexes and to remove the burden of sexism in our nation. This is also done in order to give women an opportunity to realize their full potential. |
