| ARTICLE I. TITLE This law shall be known as The Alorian National Territory Act. ARTICLE II. NATIONAL TERRITORY Sec. 1. The national territory of Aloria comprises of the Alorian mainland, with all the landforms and waterforms embraced within it, and all other territories over which Aloria has jurisdiction, including its terrestrial, fluvial, and aerial domains. Sec. 2. The waters around and between the mainland forms part of the internal waters of Aloria. Sec. 3. Aloria shall have absolute jurisdiction over the waters that are within 100 kilometers from the shoreline of Aloria, and transient jurisdiction over the waters that are within 500 kilometers from the shoreline. This is in accordance with the international treaty on the Law of the Sea, which was ratified by the nation on February 2823. ARTICLE III. BORDER CONTROL AND SECURITY Sec. 1. All borders that have been established prior to passage of this law shall remain. It shall be guarded by members of the Armed Forces of Aloria, who shall strict border control operations in order to ensure the national defense and security. Sec. 2. Visitors who have been caught to have entered the national territory illegally shall be turned over to the Bureau of Immigration, who shall process their deportation to their home country as soon as possible. |
