Under this law, using animals for cosmetic research shall continue to be permitted to establish product safety. However, regulations shall be placed on the use of animals for cosmetic research in order to promote the ethical treatment of such. These regulations shall aim to use the minimum amount of animals possible in the most humane ways available. The regulations shall be enforced by the Bureau of Scientific Research and Development of the Ministry of Science and Technology. |
