ARTICLE 1. TITLE This Act shall be known as the Religious Freedom Act of 3162. ARTICLE 2. FREEDOM OF RELIGION Section 1. The State shall uphold every individual's right to belong in a particular religion or to choose not to do so. Section 2. The State shall not endorse any form of religion nor shall it intervene in matters involving any particular religion. Section 3. The State shall not persecute cults of any kind. Legal action may only be taken against such organizations if they commit an act that poses a threat to an individual's personal rights or if they pose a threat to law and order, pursuant with separate existing laws. |
