ARTICLE I. TITLE This Act shall be known as the Food Labeling Act of 3163. ARTICLE II. DECLARATION OF POLICY. Consumers in Aloria have the right to be informed on the contents of food products sold in the market. As such, it is necessary for food manufacturers to label such products clearly and to disclose all ingredients used for these products. ARTICLE III. FOOD LABELING GUIDELINES Section 1. Food manufacturers are required to label food and beverage products in a manner that can be understood easily and clearly by the consumer. Section 2. All ingredients, including chemicals used in agriculture or processing as well as genetifically-modified ingredients, need to be listed. |
