Schools can now take the necessary measures to discipline delinquents. Parents need not worry, however; for when they enroll their children into school, the schools will provide them with information regarding the system of punishments. Parents can then decide whether they want to enroll their child into that school. Teachers also shall be regulated by school regulations. |

Current: Teachers are forbidden from striking children and may only use non-contact discipline (detention, expulsion etc).
