The time has arrived to consider the privatization of the RIT which has been established in 3170 (http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=326108).

The institution has been fully matured with active contributions from various private multinational defense and IT companies. RIT has been growing significantly over the past 5 years, hiring numerous academic staffs and admitting highly skilled students.
