Whereas the GOVERNMENT OF THE VOIVODESHIP OF KIZENIA believes that unlimited monarchy has harmed Kizenia in the past Whereas the GOVERNMENT OF THE VOIVODESHIP OF KIZENIA believes that the monarch's power is to be limited by the Royal Council THEREFORE the Adunarea Țării, by the consent of the Domnitor, enacts the following: 1. Succession to the Kizenian throne is to take place following a mixed hereditary and elective principle. 2. The successor to the throne shall be elected by the Royal Council (Sfatul Domnesc) from among the members of the House of Săndulescu. 3. The position of Head of the House of Săndulescu, as a full member of the Royal Council, shall be a position separate from that of Domnitor (King). 4. Random fact: Cabinet ministers who disagree seriously with the head of government would usually be expected to resign. Parties within the cabinet may attempt to manoeuvre to replace the head of government though, for example by proposing a new cabinet bill or voting for an early election. |
