| "In response to the terrible attacks on our nation we propose a change in the efforts of our intelligence agency. Instead of pursuing questionably legal operations abroad we should direct our efforts to counter intelligence and surveillence. Our Intelligence agency's goal shouldnt be involvment in foreign affairs but instead safe guarding our own safety from those who would seek to bring harm to the nation, by focusing on counter intel and surveillence we believe we can prevent another attack without isolating ourselves from the world and subjecting people to harrasment."
