Besonders der Weltraumerforschung ist eine glorreiche Zukunft beschieden. Deshalb muss der Staat privaten Unternehmen im Interesse der Wissenschaft erlauben, ihre Technologie und Kompetenz in diesen wichtigen Forschungszweig einzubringen. Auch militärische Forschung stellt einen Weg dar, um internationale Reputation als Forschungsstandort zu erlangen. Zu guter Letzt müssen wir auch dafür sorgen, dass Wissenschaftlern entsprechender Schutz für ihre Arbeit gewährt wird, wofür ein Patentrecht Sorge tragen könnte." |
