| By order of His Majesty's Government, this act hereby declares all migrants and minorities unnecessary and will therefore be gathered and deported within three months. Only those married to an ethnic Rildanorian or those with French blood (Kanjorien, Aldurian, Lourennais) or have one French parent are exempt. Only marriages before 3210 are recognized. The Senate estimates that this will affect less than 2% of the population. |
