I, all people that wish to share there ideas about world Affairs, scientific matters, mathematics, politics, etc are welcomed.

II, All people that do came shall follow the rules and code of conduct (Section Three, Code of conduct/Church policy)

(Building the Church)

I, the Church shall be build in our current Capital.

II, The Churchs financial expense shall be covered in the budget.

III, The Church shall be completed by 3222.

Section Three: Code of Conduct/ Church policy

I, All members shall dress appropriately when attending the Church.

II, All members shall be instructed to respect other people’s opinion on discussed topics.

III, All members shall also respect people’s privacy while attending the Church

IV, Every member has a right to speak.

V, Every member has a right to question or call a debate.

VI, All members shall behave themselves in a civil manor.

VII, All members may be required to take part In Church surveys.

VIII, All members may look at the public library build into the Church.

IX, All members shall pay 100 KED each year to support the Church and its extensive library.

X, All people that come to the Church must register in order to partake in the liberty and weekly major debates, and officially become members
