Description[?]:

Recognizing the Lodatien language as unique culture within Lodamun deserving recognition and promotion.
Observing that the Lodatien language has been historically oppressed;
1) The government of Lodamun hereby declares the Lodatien language a coofficial language with English.

Recognizing the little support for growth of the Lodatien community;
2) The government hereby guarantees all services to be provided in the Lodatien language,
3) That all government positions and bodies shall be named in Lodatien,
4) And that an educational provision for promoting the Lodatien language be created.

Recognizing the need for generation of literature, control of the adoption of new words and enforcement of grammar,
5) the government hereby recognizes the Rasur fue tem Lodatienom Ecašul (Council for the Lodatien Language) as the official regulating body of the Lodatien language.
6) the Rasur fue tem Lodatienom Ecašul shall be mandated by an accord subsequently created by the government following the adoption of this bill.
7) the Rasur fue tem Lodatienom Ecašul shall be chaired by the Minister of Education and Culture.
8) the Rasur fue tem Lodatienom Ecašul shall recieve government funding to achieve its mandate set out by the accord mentioned in Article 6.
