| Our government proposes to cut 1 billion from head of government, 2 billion from foreign affairs and 4 billion from defence. This amounts to savings of 7 billion. In harmony with our move to a 5% flat income fax, this plan will balance the budget and leave 1 and a quarter billion in reserve. |
