| I Spiro Anroosen, Supreme President of Keymon Shall do the following: Article One, William Coolwithy former Supreme President of Keymon, shall be Pardoned of any crimes that he may have committed and or has been suggested of doing and accused of doing during his years in office from March 1st, 3193-Arpil 21st, 3207. Making this decision, I believe shall help are nation go into a healing process from the events unfolding from the past. I believe this will put our nation on the right track for more open and transpiration government, which the people have been longing for.
