| While the Grand Army of the Republic has been assembled and have valiantly defended Valruzia time and time again, especially during the attempted invasion from the tyrannical nation of Kalistan, it is time to strengthen that bond between brothers, and to add more to our military might. It is time to let the world know that Valruzia is a force to be reckoned with. Effective immediately, citizens between the ages of 18-40 that are unemployed and/or are not pursuing a post-secondary education will be conscripted into the military for a minimum of 2 years, after which point they will be registered into the reserve forces, should they choose to seek alternative employment or post-secondary education after their term in the military. Volunteers are welcome to serve as well. Additionally, all students must serve a two-year term in the military upon graduating from secondary educational institutions. They may continue to pursue post-secondary education after this term is terminated. |
