This bill calls for the immediate mobilization of the Valruzian Imperial Fleet in the Southern Ocean, surrounding the city of Relonanki. By September 3224, it is expected that 1 L4 Fleet Squadron, under the command of Grand Admiral Henryk Lwosercny, as well as 3 L1 Fleet Squadrons. In addition to the standard fleet movements, 14 Standard Aircraft Carrier Squadrons are to be deployed, escorted by 3 L2 Submarine Squadrons. With these forces, it is expected that a significant number of the Valruzian Imperial Naval Special Forces will also be deployed and present. As an additional measure, the Valruzian Coast Guard has been put on high alert and is advised to mobilize all available active forces as well as a portion of the reserve forces. Additionally, the Valruzian Air Force has been notified to prepare all vehicles for immediate mobilization, including 2 groups of full combat aircraft for active duty on the Naval Aircraft Carriers. All Naval forces will be directed under the command of Lord Grand Admiral Henryk Lwosercny, Vice-Minister of Defense, from his flagship, the Insubordinate. Complete deployment of all naval forces is scheduled to be executed by April 3227. All remaining forces are to be kept on high alert for the time being.
