Bill: Privatize Public Housing Act of 2147

Details

Submitted by[?]: Mouvement des Conservateurs

Status[?]: passed

Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: December 2148

Description[?]:

Colleagues,

A free market opens doors to unlimited competition in the advantage of the consument, also for housing. Government services often become a loss-making sector because of the bureaucracy running the administration of those services, facilities run down and services are not provided the way they were ment to be. The real estate industry works on a extensive-scale and is well organized to subcontract with local authorities or companies to provide citizens with low-cost housing, we propose to privatize public housing and by that improve the quality to prices ratio.

Regards.
