Colleagues, The agriculture sector devolves to the third most important sector of our nation, after manufacturing-industry and prublic services. So we think that we need to devolve or decentralize the policy also, every disctrict of Rildanor has a different agricultural situation and infrastructure where local authorities are more informed about then the national government, letting them handle agriculture policies can only be in the advantage of the sector.
